SUNSHINE NAIL SPA

First photo is the rush… Second photo is because I called & sent photos asking for it to be corrected. I called at 9am? They told me come in at 630 obviously closest to close time. Problem is first time I went in at 530 n they close at 7pm. They tried to close my tab out before my services were done they rushed me out when I went in second time it was a diff lady fixing them she asked me quietly “why didn’t you tell her didn’t like them?” I was irritated “remember me the last one yesterday in here you guys closed my tab before finishing and rushed me out” she said oh yeah ok she didn’t speak the rest of the time…

Shocked and disappointed by my experience I went in today expecting a relaxing appointment but was shocked by what I overheard. They didn’t realize I had a translator headset on, and while servicing American clients they were making extremely offensive anti-American and anti-LGBTQ comments. When I asked about it, they pretended not to understand, and I told them I no longer wanted to continue my service. As someone who is both proud to be American and supportive of the LGBTQ community, I couldn’t believe the audacity to insult customers so openly. Whether it’s ignorance or simply not caring, it was unacceptable. I walked out and will not return — I strongly suggest avoiding this place if you value respect.

I am obsessed with my nails! I went in yesterday for my first time and it was great! Tommy did an amazing job on my birthday nails. He took his time filing, shaping, smoothing out and painting my nails. (most places rush) He was nice and listened to what I wanted. When cutting down the nail tip for length, I had him cut one too short and told him I actually wanted them longer. Without any "eye rolls" he immediately took the nail off and glued a new one back on. At other salons, I usually have to pick off the excess acrylic around and under my nails. This time there was none! My appt was at 2pm - I sat down at like 2:10 and was done by 3:30.

This salon is amazing! Everyone there is so nice and welcoming from the moment you enter the door. The salon is so clean and they have so many color options! I got a pedicure by Tan, I have very ticklish feet and Tan was so nice and went around my ticklish spots. I got an overlay by Sonny, who always does a phenomenal job, along with Julie who did my design. I am so happy this salon is here, the owners are the nicest people you will ever meet and their staff is just as kind. I can't recommend this salon enough!
