NP Nails & Spa

This place was fine, pros were how fast they were and the fact that they had flexible scheduling. However, the color I picked on the swatch didn’t match what the color came out as when they started painting. This wasn’t a huge deal but I asked for them to add a different color for the second coat just to try and match more what I picked and I felt like the woman doing my nails was more interested in trying to convince me that it was the right color, rather than just work with me to find something that worked. Also, as you can see from the picture, one of my nails was crooked (pointer finger) and all of the nails were different lengths.

I am usually skeptical about nail place as myself and my daughter have been to many and the welcoming was always off or unfriendly and some rude. We look for great customer service and a friendly environment that will appreciate a (maybe) returning customer. My daughter wanted her nails done for prom and she did her review and research so that’s how she found NP Nail & Spa all based on reviews, my daughter said she was going there and I’m like I would like to go with you as I know how some nails salons (people that work there) can be. I’m just a mom protecting my kid and I might pay for it because it’s my daughter. Well I must say NP Nails and Spa didn’t disappoint for a first timer. So shout out to Beverly who worked on my daughter’s manicure - you listened and got creative with what my daughter wanted done for her nails. You were patient and worked your magic, we truly appreciate that and you. We both felt like it was money worth spending at NP Nails and Spa. We didn’t leave feeling regretful to come here as there is so many other nail places to choose amongst many others. Tip is ALWAYS ((in my opinion)) based on how well the customer service was and the outcome of nails etc. This place hands down was a warm and friendly welcome with reasonable prices and I repeat great customer service/reasonable prices/friendly. The most amazing part of our visit… Beverly really got down and got close to what my daughter wanted so we appreciate you. She listen and WOW very impressive. So to anyone who is reading this review. You won’t be disappointed - so go out to NP Nails and Spa and pamper yourself. And shout out to Beverly! 💅

Absolutely love my toes and nails. From the moment I first visited the shop I was greeted by smiles and pleasant hospitality from Beverly who btw way has 11 years experience in nails and nail education. She is awesome and the one who made my nail appointment with Linda and Crystal did my pedicure. These ladies took their time and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted the way I wanted. Mind you my nails were extremely damaged prior and initially was going to get dip powder but they educated me on a healthier option gel x and I’m very happy about it. Very lightweight nails and beautiful periwinkle color perfect for spring. I will definitely be back! Thank you all ❤️

This is definitely my favorite nail spot. Naomi is fantastic and has fun doing the designs I bring in. She takes her time to make sure everything is just right and really cares about her salon and making sure customers are taken care of. The prices are great as well

DISGUSTING!!!!! I had gotten my nails done here before and it was good enough but my fiancé and i went and they couldn’t do designs even though i asked a million times if they could and then they refused, then all my nails fell off started just hours after then when i went to get them redone they made me wait over an hour and a half so i just asked for a refund and they blamed me and then when someone left because of how rude they were they yelled at me and started dragging me by my clothes and hair screaming i had to call the police and they said i could file assault charges. i just said i wanted a full refund and the owners number but she won’t answer or call me back. i am absolutely disgusted with this place. do not go here!!!!!
