Pinnacle Nails & Lash

May 11, 2025: had to update and share a few more photos of my lovely nails courtesy of Kim! Check out the recent "cat eye" nails including the cute hidden heart added by Jeanette! I have gotten so many compliments on the cat eye nails and will definitely choose them again! Thanks Kim and Jeanette! ~~~~~ I’ve been seeing Kim for my manicures for the past 4 years and her customer service has always been exceptional! She’s a true artist when it comes to my nails! She not only focuses on the beautiful artwork that she does, but she has worked really hard to get my nails back into a healthy state again. Everyone at the salon is so friendly. Clean. Professional. Very happy customer!

The best salon in Scottsdale! Kelly is always AMAZING both with lashes and nails! She is a perfectionist with her work and is so talented. I have sensitive eyes and she’s always making sure I’m comfortable when working her magic. Jeannette and Madison are also outstanding. For anyone in need of lashes or nails- this is your place! ❤️

I don’t recommend the bikini wax because the lady was not wearing gloves and there was no disposable covering on the bed. Manicure and pedicure were ok… but the behavior of the technician was questionable. When I asked her to draw a flower, she insisted on a snowflake. I couldn’t understand why she was insisting on the snowflake so thought perhaps she wasn’t confident about her flower so I asked her to draw both. The flower really didn’t look good so I agreed to the snowflake. This would have been fine if it was left there however, when she was done, she gloated about the snowflake saying what a mistake it was that I originally said I wanted a flower instead. I told her I had previously gotten a flower that I really like but I didn’t really like the flower she drew… then she said she wasn’t done with the flower she drew when she showed it to me. So why did she show it to me? I feel like I got tricked into getting the design she wanted to draw instead of what I wanted. This whole experience was NOT relaxing. I will say, giving credit where credit is deserved, the manicure did look very beautiful but the experience of going back and forth with her really took away from that and I won’t be returning to this place again.

I have been searching for a salon in cave creek, I found the one. My pedicure was amazing; the nails look perfect. My daughters also had their nails done. The customer service was great. If you’re searching, I would highly recommend.

Is this "just another nail salon?" Not even the slightest bit! This nail salon is truly one of the best around and I can't recommend visiting them enough. What makes this nail salon stand out from the rest? The owner!! The owner is the heart of the business and when the owner has a good heart, the whole business thrives. I have known Cindy for 12 years now! I met her long ago when she owned another nail salon in North Scottsdale. I was so blown away by the customer service and nail quality that I wrote a review then, and 12 years later, I feel the exact same way! The quality of service, of experience, or nail quality, cleanness and care makes them stand out from the rest. The technicians are extremely well versed in giving the best manicures and pedicures. Whether it's just a polish change, tips, gel, dip or nail art...they can do it all and they do it extremely well! Additionally, the salon is very clean and they are efficient with the timing of the service.
