I had the worst expierence at this salon!! The nail tech had a horrible attitude, she was answering calls and not paying much attention while doing my nails. She disregarded what I asked for, when I told her that the nail color was too pink she said not it isn’t, I said yes it is and she said it would change once she put the top coat on. She continued after I clearly told her it wasn’t the correct color. She didn’t put any effort she continued and my nails were uneven, thick, she filed them too much making them way shorter then I wanted. I asked for a simple nice french tip and she couldn’t do that. The french tip is uneven and looks nothing like what I asked for. I asked to speak to the manager he told me to come in to get them fixed. I came in and he started to get very aggressive and loud infont of the whole salon saying it was my fault for not saying anything. I told him I did say something but she ignored me and why did he tell me to come in if they weren’t going to fix it. He said they would fix only the color and the lines and I said no they need to remove them because the whole set is unacceptable for the $75 dollars I paid. He kept going in circles I told him I wasn’t going to go in circles with him. I left with no refund or solution. Worst customer service ever! Treat your customers that bring you buisness correctly!! I was only trying to get what I paid for!!! I had to go waste double the money to get my nails fixed elsewhere! Avoid this place!!! I added my inspo picture and what I got so it’s clear this was shitty lazy work!! Get it together!!

My first time at TP Nails. Amy and Tammy were amazing! Amy did a beautiful job on my acrylic nails with only a vague description of what I wanted. Tammy gave me a wonderful pedicure with a lovely leg and foot massage. I feel like I’m walking on air! Thank you ladies! I will definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience with Lisa! She did an incredible job on my feet — they look and feel great. I got the TP Signature Pedicure package, and it was totally worth it. Highly recommend!

I just had the most amazing pedicure and I will call it an experience with Moon! 🌖 she was so tender, kind and caring of my feet it was amazing! I’ve been looking for a new nail salon location and I have found the perfect fit! And Amy my goodness she did an outstanding job of my nails for my cruise this weekend! Thank you ladies! LLL
