I felt so comfortable, and I felt like Jenny (my nail tech) heard me and what I wanted. She did a phenomenal job! And the people were so kind. The receptionist (I am so sorry I forgot your name) was able to schedule me soon after I walked in and was so kind and inviting. Sorry the pic is not the best, but the nails look great. Thank you for an amazing experience!

The staff was warm and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by setting up a beautiful fruit display with cheese and champagne for the bachelorette party we attended. We were seated quickly, and the service was prompt and attentive throughout our visit. There was no long wait, and everything flowed perfectly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

2025-10-27Herbal nail salon has become my one and only go to salon. The front staff is so efficient and ready to help. I use a walker and currently need some accommodations. They are quick to set me up with what I need with my wonderful nail tech Mai. Mai is so talented. She has healed my toenail problems and does a beautiful polish job. The entire salon is bright and spotlessly clean and so enjoyable to visit. They use only nontoxic high quality products which are great! I highly recommended everyone give Herbal Spa a try!
