Perfect 10 Nails & Spa

Me and my sister went here a couple days ago and absolutely loved it!! The base was perfect and she did the exact designs we asked for, if anything needed to be tweaked she did it without hesitation! I can’t wait to go back for my fill this is the first nail salon where I didn’t have a bad experience! Can’t wait to try out the other services aswell!

The shop was nice. I got there at 3:37p and my appt was at 3:45p. The technician was nice at first. Her station was closest to the door. I requested a full set of black stiletto nails. I showed her 2 photos. After about an hour, I realized the shape wasn’t great. She used black dip acrylic powder (which I never use, I always have them use clear and black gel polish). I did mention multiple times the shape and I reminded her by showing her the photos. She continued to not listen and just kept saying she was doing them so thick because I do hair. I explained I didn’t want them that thick and she did not listen. I took my 6 year old With me and after almost 2 hours, she became restless. The technician was beginning to get frustrated. The nails were weak, and actually bent when any pressure was applied and when I asked, the technician said the gel would harden them. After the gel and 3 hours at this point, she said she was finished. I asked her to fix the shape and look and she advised me a different person would fix them, after they wanted to charge me $65 as a “discount”. I had no problem paying, I just wanted them shaped correctly. The next person started to file my nails to fix them. At this point it was 6p. The person who I totally did my nails said something in a different language and the girl doing my nails said “she said she won’t charge you and you can go get them fixed”. I have never experienced a service or had nails like that done, EVER. I’m disappointed they would not help and I had to go to another salon (Goodyear nails) to fix them because every place closed at 7p. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. I will never go back and I suggest if you want great nails, don’t come here. How lucky am I to have found the perfect nail salon! Cindy did excellent work on my nails and pedicure, and her warm personality and great sense of humor was a plus. Everyone was very welcoming! Highly recommended!

Great service with Cindy and Amy. They do a great job every time my wife and I come in together. Place and equipment is also clean.

I have been coming here for around 10 years. I find them to be friendly, price is a value, and the service is great! They do dip, acrylic, gel or reg polish. There are choices for a quick in and out pedicure or luxury spa treatment. You won’t find a better nail salon!!
