Diva Nails

I hate leaving bad reviews or saying anything for a service and this is my usual salon I go to often but I just paid $100 for a French tip gel manicure for the biggest day of my life tomorrow and it came out so bad. The guy was so sweet and really tried his best but for the cost and the two hours I spent there, I’m just really bummed to have an experience like this before something so important. Barely got the full expensive add ons I paid for. I’m sure these will chip off in a few days, too. I walked out before they could touch my hands. Gonna find a new salon for the future.

Terrible place Workers are nice but service is miserable Very disappointing!! My nail came off only ten days old Been taking care of them and wearing gloves as needed just to keep them longer. Will never go back or recommend

I kept on running into people that had their nails done from this place specifically mentioning Kim. So when I went into meet her, I told her what I wanted, and she did exactly that. Kim made sure to ask questions and made sure my nails looked natural. E Did my pedicure exactly how I asked I love my results.

I’m not 100% sure what the technician‘s name was who did my toes. He had Burberry glasses on black ones with no AR. I originally told him that I wanted French tips with acrylics on the two big toes. He began to do my toes and I noticed that he was not doing the acrylics. I did stop him and told him again that I wanted the acrylics on the two big toes. Then he proceed to tell me I do not need them. It’s not his decision if I need them or not, I want them. he called somebody else over to do the acrylics. The lady just kind of put the acrylic on the nail and he needed to shape and paint them. I don’t know if the shape was off or because one looked thicker than the other what was going on. I did express that I was not happy with them. You can see his frustration as he took the polish off one of the big toes and started to file it. As he was filing the nail the acrylic fell off. So then the lady had to come re-put the acrylic back on it. I felt like he was also rushing it, and when he was painting the French tip he wasn’t allowing it to fully dry, so when he was putting the clear coat, I was getting streaks of the white polish on my big toe. I had to tell him two times that there was streaks in it. I was so annoyed that I just wanted to get out of there that I didn’t even tell him that one toe was thicker than the other when it came to the French tip. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Now I need to go somewhere and have my toes fix

Last minute appointment for a full set. I’d been here more than 10 years ago and decided to give them another shot. They’ve certainly cleaned up the place. The tech did a nice job.
