Always top tier services. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. I live 35 miles away and will not go anywhere else. I have had like 4 different people do my nails 💅 and my nails came out very nice every time. Love the shape. Love the length Thank you staff..

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This was by far the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I came in with a friend and I was already wearing Gel-X and wanted to switch to dip. They removed my Gel-X, and the tech started shaping my natural nails. I told him multiple times that the shape was wrong, but he kept insisting, “It’ll look fine once the dip is on.” I asked for short oval. You could literally scratch someone with the shape he did. Against my gut feeling, I tried to trust the process. Big mistake. I’m not usually one to complain even when my nails turn out a little off but this set was atrocious. The shape was uneven and awkward, they were all bumpy and the cat-eye design was horribly done. Meanwhile, my friend’s tech checked in with her after every nail, made adjustments when she asked, and genuinely cared. Mine didn’t ask once if I was happy. When I went to pay, they asked if everything was okay. I was honest and said these were the worst nails I’ve ever received. A woman pulled me aside, saying, “Let’s talk in private to avoid disturbing others.” I explained the shape was completely off and the nails looked grown out, like a set that was already a week old. She started lecturing me about how everyone’s nail beds are different, completely deflecting from the poor job that was done. I told her to stop gaslighting me. Regardless of nail beds, these were simply badly done. They took photos of my nails and said the same tech could redo them later that day. I didn’t want to go through the stress again, so I asked if someone more experienced could do them. She kept changing the time, first 3 PM, then 4, then finally said only 6 PM was available. I asked about the next day, and she said the same. At that point, I felt like she was just trying to wear me down so I’d give up, which I did. Eventually, they offered 25% off and acted like not charging me for shaping was a favor. I ended up paying $51 for a $68 set that I have to get completely redone somewhere else. Save your money and your time. Go literally anywhere else

I’ve been a guest at Greenfield for years as well as several people in my family. Love the work they do! Always a wonderful experience and happy with the end result every time!! I recieved a full set and pedicure with Cici, my partner was with Don, absolutely fabulous job! Rebooked! 🥰🤩

I’ve been going to Greenfield Nails and Spa for several years and most recently getting my nails done by Anh or Hanna as she goes by. She’s done gel manicures, dip manicures, and removals. Each time, my appointment is quick and my nails outlast what I’d expect. Pedicures are also a great experience at Greenfield, so many options to choose from!

I love this place! So pretty, so clean and lots of color choices. My artist Kayla, is absolutely amazing. She always does such an excellent job on my nails. She listens and executes everything perfectly. I am very happy every time I get my nails done and always receive compliments on them!
