2025-12-12Out of all my times here, the last nail appointment here was not at all what I expected or wanted. I was unable to go to my normal tech, so I was paired with someone else. The acrylic foundation was laid improperly, the shaping was uneven, and the areas where the foundation was lifting, weren’t trimmed, but rather covered. Thankfully, I reactivated my instagram and found that my frequent nail technician had relocated. I have since booked and received services from her. Her name is Alice and she never ceases to amaze me. We had to remove my last set completely and came to realize on several nails, the application was tarnished. No powder, just my raw nail and the tip. I have my new set and her Instagram attached. If you Alice, you know she’s so precise with her work and delivers such astounding quality.

2025-10-08I’ve been looking for a salon that has reasonable gel-x prices. This salon has it, and they are professional, fast, and friendly. I’m always greeted by someone and there is a little wait. I try to make an appointment online but walking in is always a breeze. They make sure you are comfortable while getting your nails done. My nails have come out great each time! I’ve been to other salons where my nails were not how I wanted, but this salon tops them all. I have definitely found my new go-to spot.

Previously went to another salon but once I found Gilbert Nail Lounge I had very high hopes and Alice did not disappoint! Every thing I mentioned wanting she made sure I was happy with it.
