i see Joyce here and she’s been doing my nails for years- i take all my friends here, she’s literally the best! everything she does from gel-x to acrylic to pedis is so professional and high quality! i’ll be seeing her for my nails forever ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Edit: i did not have gel polish on or applied. Also the stubbornly given $5 discount was for the fact that my natural nails were not painted at all. You charge $15 for a polish change and I felt you should discount that on a manicure when no polish was applied. Also this was about the damage to my nails and a terrible job without the polish. Also did your camera catch when I tried to calmly express to the manager that he needs to walk around and monitor his people and where he turned and ignored me. I would want to know as an owner or manager what to watch for. Did you catch that? did your camera catch the part where whatever one tech was using to take the gel polish off my friends was actually burning their skin? Not just on their fingers, but when the dust flew onto their arms. And all the products she used to do the job of removal. Was she new? Even licensed? Did you catch that? And I counted my wait time in the three hours so your justification of the time for basic pedi/mani with no polish is laughable. ////Went with a friend for pedi/mani. One person for her. So slow. Drilled soft gel off, no soak. Weeks later and I’m going to show you in the photo why you shouldn’t let them use a drill. She said it was just for my cuticle but obviously did touch the surface of my nails and now they will be weak when they grow out more. Those dark spots are actually divots in my nails from the drill while she drilled my cuticles. Never again///////Left polish on skin. Two people for me. Pedi so fast polish not great but ok. Mani. Drilled my cuticles! Which touched my nail bed thus nail will be weaken when grown out! One nail already peeling when I left. No polish. But was charged full price. I picked the dirt out from under my nails while waiting for my friend. Three hours!!

Came here for the first time today in hopes to find a new nail tech. I am so happy I found Joyce! She did an amazing job on my nails today! I initially came in for dip but then she talked about hybrid nails so I gave it a try. I loved the finished and the process! It was very easy and fast! I will definitely be back! Thank you Joyce for being an amazing nail tech!

I love getting my nails done here! I even got them done for my wedding in February and they turned out so perfect! Everyone is really friendly and personable too

Jenni did my manicure & Kim did my pedicure & they are perfect!!! Have the best experience every time I’m here. Got a mani & pedi today & they did it at the same time to save me time in the salon. Definitely a 5⭐️ from me!
