Diana Nail Bar, LLC

I visited Diana’s Nail Bar last night while on a time constraint. When I walked in, I clearly explained that I was short on time and asked if they were able to accommodate me. I explicitly stated that if they couldn’t, I was more than happy to make an appointment and come back the following day. Both the owner’s wife and the technician, Charlie, insisted they had enough time and could complete the service. Charlie began filing my nails for a fill. While he was working, I briefly checked my phone with my free hand to update a friend that I might be slightly late, but likely wouldn’t be. Suddenly, Charlie shoved my hand away and began screaming in my face, telling me that if I was on a time restraint and “too distracted,” I should come back another day after he had already insisted multiple times that the service could be done and had already started. I asked calmly if I was not allowed to look at my phone while he worked, but he continued yelling to the point where I couldn’t even understand what he was saying. The behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Another customer, who clearly witnessed the interaction and appeared uncomfortable herself, joked as she was leaving that she’d see them in the new year and “maybe Charlie won’t be so moody.” Instead of brushing it off, Charlie became further upset and began ranting to me about customers making jokes he doesn’t like, degrading what appeared to be long term clients. At this point, I was the only customer left in the salon aside from his wife. After all the yelling and hostility, Charlie then thought it was appropriate to bring up a disturbing story about a doctor being found in a freezer. I became extremely uncomfortable and genuinely felt unsafe, but did not want to escalate the situation or risk making him angrier by leaving mid-service. Eventually, his wife took over to finish painting my nails. The final result was poorly shaped, uneven, and bubbled. I had to go to a different salon the following day to have them completely redone. This experience was not only unprofessional, but intimidating and inappropriate. Horrible customer service. I would strongly recommend staying away.

I definitely found my new local pedicure spot! Diana is very good at what she does and such a sweet person. I will definitely be back to support her an indulge in such a great self-love experience! I got the paraffin wax pedicure and she massaged my legs with the hot stone that was amazing! I really liked her technique on how she prepared the paraffin wax. I also received a 20% discount. Very good prices thank you so much Diana and I will be back!

Found me a new place to have my done nails done. Charlie and Diane did a great job on my dip nails as well as my pedicure will be coming back soon.

I absolutely love coming here! The owners are so friendly. The pedicures are the absolute best, especially for the price! Every time I go, I get greeted like I’m family. You have a customer for life! 10/10 would recommend
