Amber was the most skilled facial practitioner I’ve ever had. So sweet, so knowledgeable, so personable. The extractions hurt way less than they have at other spas and it was overall a phenomenal experience. The owner is great as well. The space is calming, relaxing, and peaceful. Exactly what you want out of the facial experience. I had a custom facial and will be coming back. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience. Valerie was very informative and made sure we found solutions that worked best for me and my personal goals. We talked through options and created a game plan that felt very personalized and that I felt confident and excited about.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience in hopes it helps improve service. Unfortunately, I’ve had two disappointing visits for an eyebrow wax at this spa. During my first appointment—shortly after the new owners had just opened—the esthetician waxed the same area multiple times, which was uncomfortable and concerning. I asked her to stop waxing and switch to tweezers, but she left the room for an extended period of time “to find tweezers.” When she returned, she did finish the job, but the whole process felt unprofessional and disorganized. Despite that experience, I decided to give them another chance, thinking perhaps it was just growing pains. This time, another esthetician had the necessary tools, but I still left with the job noticeably incomplete. She also left pieces of wax on my skin, which I didn’t notice until after I left—another sign of a rushed or careless job. To be fair, I noticed the incomplete job in my car and when I returned was told I could wait for her to finish with another customer but I had another appointment to be at. That said, I shouldn’t have to ask someone to double-check their work—especially at a spa. I would expect that at a lower-level business, not in a setting that’s supposed to provide a higher standard of care and attention to detail. I miss the previous owner, their employees, and the level of quality and professionalism they consistently provided. I won’t be returning for waxing services, but I do want to give the other professionals here a fair chance. I hope to update my review to reflect a positive experience moving forward.

I’ve been seeing Cynthia for over two years for injections. She is the best!! She’s got a great eye for detail, is super gentle, patient and kind. North Valley Med Spa is a great place to go!

I saw Amber today for a facial. Wonderful experience! She was very kind, knowledgeable and patient. Would very much recommend her. The setting is lovely and relaxing.
