ARIA Nail Bar Miller- Scottsdale AZ #2

I’ve been to this salon several times, but yesterday was hands down the worst nail experience I have ever had. I came in for a basic gel manicure and pedicure with a simple off white color. What I got was two hours of frustration, pain, and horrible work that I now have to go somewhere else to fix. The girl doing my pedicure took 1 hour and 45 minutes because she filed my toenails completely crooked, cut them all the way down to the nail bed, and left every nail uneven. They look nothing like the color in the photo I showed. She didn’t give a massage, and didn’t clean up the shape. Even she looked unsure of what she was doing. My manicure was somehow even worse. Toni did my nails and didn’t even bother painting near the cuticles or sides, so I had huge gaps where the polish didn’t touch the nail at all. I asked politely for a third coat because it was streaky, and he brushed me off and said he already did enough coats (2 coats of color). When the receptionist asked him to fix it, he got visibly irritated, filed my nails aggressively, and actually filed until I started bleeding. He had to redo the entire manicure, and instead of apologizing he argued with me the entire time, blaming me for choosing the color when his coworker picked it based on the picture I showed. By this point I had already been there two hours, my fingers hurt, and my nails were still uneven. I finally told him to just paint them plain white because the back-and-forth was pointless. After all of that, I get to the counter expecting some sort of discount or apology. Instead, the receptionist tells me she can’t comp anything because it would “come out of her paycheck.” That statement alone is insane, unprofessional, and honestly unbelievable. So after two hours, bleeding cuticles, crooked toenails, streaky polish, arguing technicians, and zero accountability, I was charged $100. I will never come back here. This salon has completely lost my trust. If you value your time, your money, or your nails, go literally anywhere else.

I want to begin by saying that I almost cried during my pedicure with Aaron because he gave me the best foot massage I have ever received in my life. He was very intentional and thorough, so I hope Aaron can be my go to guy from now on. I have a complicated toenail due to damage from alopecia, so props to him on that as well (and the reason why my big toenails are not the same size). I also want to give a big thank you to Tin for painting these really pretty white flowers and adding these rhinestones. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did even better than the picture. I went with this pretty mint color in from the Dream Color gel collection with white flowers and rhinestones. This is my favorite nail salon and location. It really doesn’t get better than this.

Exceptional pedicure experience! The massage alone is worth coming back for—long, relaxing, and done with real skill. The salon uses high-quality equipment and maintains an extremely clean and upscale environment, which makes the whole service feel luxurious. My feet look and feel amazing. This location is easily one of the best nail bars in Scottsdale.

I got THE BEST regular manicure of my life! I typically only get my nails done if I’m getting gel or acrylic, but I was removing an acrylic set to go natural for a bit, and I got a plain manicure with regular polish. My nails feel and look amazing! I can’t tell the difference between it and gel!

Everyone took good care of me! Amy did an amazing job at knowing exactly who I needed for my design. Tin made sure it matched exactly my inspo! Tina did just a good job on my pedicure! Overall my best experience ever!
