TRENDY NAILS SPA

Took hubby yesterday for his 1st ever pedicure (I got one, too)! Chris did mine, and Susan did his. We were so pleased, we went back today for manicures. I didn't get any acrylic nails, just gel polish on my own nails. I got Chris again, and hubby got Lily. Everyone was wonderful, and we wish we lived closer so we could go back. This will definitely become a tradition any time we are in the area. Highly recommend! (Prices are reasonable, too!)

I’m extremely disappointed with this salon. I’ve been here a few times and the work itself has been decent, but the customer service has never matched. I even have allowed them to mess up my design and just went with it because I felt bad. This time was the last straw. I had a new set on for less than three days when the tip broke off. I came in at 3:30 to get it fixed and was told I’d have to wait three hours because they had appointments. I asked if they could squeeze me in since it was a quick 10-minute fix, especially considering the issue was with their work. She told me no, and that I’d still have to wait the full three hours. It’s clear they don’t care about loyal customers at all. I would hope that as a repeat client, they’d try to make things right—especially when the mistake was theirs. I told the woman that if that’s the case, I’d find a new salon, and she responded that it would be best. No problem—after that experience, I definitely won’t be coming back. Good luck to your salon.

Been coming here for the last several years and have been so impressed by the quality of their work and how warm and friendly the staff is! They seriously couldn’t be more kind or thoughtful; several times when I was in a rush, they put two technicians working on me at once to keep me from being late. At least twice they’ve taken off the entire polish they had just done because I wasn’t feeling the color (even when I insisted they just keep it on and I’d deal with it). They always offer free water or flavored seltzers. So thankful I found this place after moving here from New York!!!

Stepping out of this salon with freshly done nails is such a joy. The technicians put incredible effort into making sure the results are perfect, and I love how my nails always look stunning. The happy, welcoming atmosphere makes me feel completely relaxed and cared for throughout.
