2018-01-07I got a CRAZEE woman to do my pedi today. She cut me, she was filling so crazy, she filed the top of my feet instead of my toes and she hurt the bottoms of my feet because she was scrubbing so hard I almost cried. I tried to tell her I have neuropathy, but she kept saying in a gruff and irritated manner, "I KNOW, I KNOW!!!!!" I asked her to stop scrubbing my feet. All of a sudden, she took off her gloves, threw them in the air and started yelling like a banshee. Everyone, (workers and customers were shocked to see her outrageous attitude). I asked another tech what was wrong with her. She answered "She needs to take her medicine." What????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? She refused to finish and so another very dear and kind lady named Tracy took over. She was just what I needed. Everyone, be careful of the banshee when she is not on her meds. I don't know why they keep her there. Nobody can really speak English and I do not believe that the owner gives a rat's behind.
