Tom is amazing and always does an outstanding job! He and his wife are a great team and I would recommend to anyone in East Mesa/AJ area to go see them! Their team of technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly, always trying to accommodate their clients. The best thing is they are NOT ridiculously priced! Which I appreciate in this economy. Highly recommend US Nails.

Zero stars. Nail tech started to remove my old set with an acrylic nail causing lots of damage to the nail bed. I asked him to use a different method due to it ripping my natural nail apart. He then cut my old set short, and said he would do a soak but it’s gonna cost 5 dollars. Okay that’s fine. He asks me if I want the same nail length I had before. I said yes and he said okay that’s 10 dollars. So a basic solid color set was now costing 65-70 dollars. I’ve never paid 10 dollars longer length and no design. I felt like he just wanted me to leave and was raising prices??? So I just decided to leave. Kinda upset he butchered my nails before letting me know the price. I’ll just get them done elsewhere. He also told me that the design I originally wanted was photoshop AI when it was pulled off a friend’s instagram. Just say you can’t do it and I’ll pick something else!!!
