I had such a wonderful experience today getting an acrylic fill! The service was incredible from start to finish. My nails look absolutely perfect, the shape, the thickness, the polish, everything is exactly how I like it, and I’m really picky about my nails. You can tell they take pride in their work and actually care that you leave satisfied. My appointment was about an hour and I appreciate how quickly it went. The women working there were so friendly and welcoming. It was such a happy, relaxed environment, and everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy being there. While I was getting my nails done, two people nearby were getting pedicures and said, “We come out of our way to come to you guys,” which says a lot. The technicians were chatting with them and laughing, and it just felt like such a positive, community kind of place. The salon was spotless and super clean, which I always notice and appreciate. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of. I left feeling so happy with my nails and the whole experience. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s easily one of the best nail appointments I’ve ever had!

I had a terrible experience here with my sister and daughter during a mani-pedi. My nails look messy and unprofessional — there’s leftover polish around my skin, brush residue stuck on the surface, and a gritty texture. My nails were cut too short and now hurt, and the sides of my toenails are painful. My daughter’s acrylics were done poorly: her cuticles are sore, the nails don’t match the length or design she asked for, and they weren’t even fully covered. My sister’s manicure is also sloppy, with her nails cut far too short. To make matters worse, the salon was unclear about their pricing and never told us about the extra charges until after the service. That kind of dishonesty is unacceptable. On top of all that, the tech, Chenda, made inappropriate comments about my personal heirlooms, calling me “spoiled,” which was extremely unprofessional. When I called to address these issues, Chenda (the manager) was rude and dismissive, telling me I “don’t know what I’m talking about.” This salon completely failed us in quality, professionalism, honesty, and customer care. I will be returning in the morning to demand a refund.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, and the quality of the work was poor. On top of that, they weren’t upfront about their prices, which made the whole experience feel dishonest. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone looking for good service or transparency.

Dao and Chenda are a delight. I have been coming to Nail Studio for 20 years and they have a clean updated salon and everyone is so sweet! The one star review below is completely fake and deceptive. Ignore! Nail Studio is the best around.

I love the Nail Studio. Mom and Dad would go there and get their toes done, so I started going last summer. The ladies are so joyous, full of laughter and fun. I also appreciate how they talk about how much fun they had with may parents and how they miss my Dad now that he's gone. Touches my heart every time I hear it. My nails always look amazing and I get numerous compliments when i have them done. Thank you ladies!
