2025-11-15No appointment, just walked in! Came in from out of town and was looking a place by hotel! Perfect I could walk if I wanted. My nail tech was detailed, personable and best part was had my own private room! Will definitely use when I am in town!

2025-08-13I've only been here like 4 times with two weeks between each visit. I have not been disappointed either time. Since I've started going here my natural nails have been the longest and strongest they have ever been at a salon. I dont get acrylic tips on them.

2025-12-17I’ve been to Elite a few times now, and the last couple of times I’ve been pretty dissatisfied and now am really disappointed and not going back. When I first started going and getting gel, my tech was great. I’ve gotten a few pedicures and none of them had lasted past two weeks. The one before this last time, they sent me out before my toes were dry and then they gave me a bit of a hard time because it had gotten dented just going to my car and I wanted them to fix it. This time, I got a pedicure 6 days ago and a big chunk is already missing out of it. I can do my own nails and they last for weeks, so they are clearly not using quality product. This is so disappointing to spend that much money on something that doesn’t even last a week. I got them done before going out of town because I wanted them to look nice, but now I’m literally just going to have to take it all off and redo them myself. Just an update to this: I had a five star review here because they did a great job twice on my gel. The tech is no longer there (Elizabeth). They had the audacity to call me and ask me to take my review down and they’d give me $25 back, and also tried to gaslight me into believing it’s normal for whole chunks of polish to be coming off my toenails less than a week later. I typically don’t feel quite so strongly about my negative reviews, but this last bit really has annoyed me.

2025-07-23This was my first time here and Lisa did an amazing job!! My nails look so beautiful and I absolutely loved all the color options. Everyone was so nice and it was a very peaceful and relaxing environment. I will definitely be back in a couple weeks to get them done again!!
