I recently visited this salon asking for short almond-shaped nails with a small 3D ladybug design. What I got was far from what I asked for. To start, the technician aggressively filed down the sides of both my thumbs so much that there was no nail left. The worst part? She filed my natural nails so roughly that she cut me, and instead of apologizing or addressing it professionally, she tried to cover it up by using cuticle trimmers to remove the damaged skin. It was painful, careless, and extremely unhygienic. Not only that but the nail file was still dirty from other clients. I left the salon not only hurt but also very upset with how everything was handled. My nails and fingers have never been more in pain. For a service that’s supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable, this was a huge letdown. My nails didn’t turn out as requested, and I was left with visible damage and discomfort. If you value your nails, safety, and overall experience I recommend going elsewhere.

I came yesterday for my birthday, and I have never gotten a full set professionally before so I was nervous. Mindy did my shaping and it turned out she was overbooked so Danny did my design but they were both lovely. Mindy always kept checking to be sure I liked the shape, confirming the length, and it was quite relaxing too. Danny is amazing at his craft! I gave the inspiration photo and told him if he felt anything would look good he had creative freedom. He always asked before doing anything and he took his art seriously. I'll definitely be coming back! On top of it, everyone was so friendly. The girls at the desk, the other staff, even the customers. Really helped me start off my birthday! Thank you guys! Pricing: 55 for the full set base and 30 for the design, not including the well deserved tip. Attached is the inspiration pic and result! The color wasnt a match but its the color i picked. I adore it and it matched my cake! 100/10 experience

Ciao did my nails first the second time. First time was a complete new set of acrylics and polished. I got MANY compliments on those nails. The second visit was for a fill and polish with design. I can't wait for the compliments that WILL come. Picture below. Ciao has a friendly personality, he's very attentive to his client, and he only wants you to be happy. I highly recommend him!

My cousin and I went here to get our nails done. The owner cut her skin because her "nails were too wide" then basically insinuated that this is fine because she's the owner . Another employee did my set. He didn't take the time to size the tips and used tops that are WAY too small so now my nails are painful and sticking straight up like cat claws. They were aggressive and rude when asked to change something. They also filed my cousins thumb nail paper thin. Almost $200 for a MESS and painful nails. Also, while the guy was doing my pedicure, if i wasnt paying attention and he was trying to move my foot he would huff really loud and push it aggressively. The receptionist and lady who made our drinks were very sweet.

I used to really like this place. Unfortunately, I don’t know that I will be returning after my latest experience. I went about 4-5 times in the past and had great experiences and my nails lasted a couple weeks. The last time I went, I think it was 2023 maybe, I was disappointed because my nails started chipping after 1-2 days and I didn’t have time to go back to get them fixed. I chalked it up to a fluke because usually they lasted a long time. I just went back again yesterday for the first time in quite a while because I decided I would get my nails done for a wedding I’m in this weekend. I had booked an appointment online about 5 days in advance and it seemed like my reservation went through, but apparently there was a glitch in the system because they did not have my reservation in their system when I showed up. I was grateful that they said they would get me in anyway. I did a simple gel mani pedi. My manicure with Tammy was very nice and my finger nails look great. My pedicure, however, was done by someone else. He was nice enough, but I think he was a little rushed and ended up literally cutting my toe—to the point where I was bleeding. Moved on with the rest of the pedi. When I got home, I realized a couple of the nails weren’t filed very well and had to fix it myself. I also realized that he may have forgotten to do the top coat on one of my feet as it didn’t look the way it should. Luckily I have my own gel supplies at home and was able to apply my own top layer, so not the end of the world but I shouldn’t have to pay $100 for a gel mani/pedi and then have to fix it when I get home. Also, the spot where my toe was cut still hurts a bit today and is a little red and inflamed. I’m putting Neosporin on it just hoping it doesn’t get infected. Overall it wasn’t a horrible experience, but unfortunately I really don’t know that I’ll be back. It’s hard to justify the cost when I have to just go home and fix it myself anyway and also risk getting an infection.
