I wanted to like this salon but my experience was not very pleasing. I read reviews, and surly thought even after the text messages this would be my new nail place. First I needed a soak off, new set, and nail art. I booked accordingly. I called and asked about the nail art and was told to text a picture. I did. The man said yes she (Helen) can do that. Ok. Perfect. I book the appointment. They were spot on with taking me at my schedule time. I barely sat down before I was called to her table. That was perfect. My first thought was they responded to my questions and are on time during a busy Saturday. They were very welcoming. I got to table 5, sat down and met Helen. My very first interaction when she asked what I was having done and I told her, she kept trying to convince me to keep my current set. Clearly they were lifting which I showed her. Then, she says she could do acrylics. That would be better... I said no, I stopped doing acrylics and booked for builder gel. My nails are builder gel and that's what I'd like redone. It was time. She finally started to take them off. She filed to far down in my nail bed. When I said ouch 3 times she said it's ok... umm no it's not ok. It hurt. Then she applied the builder gel and was so sloppy. It was everywhere. All over her hands and mine. She said the oil at the end will take it off. So she finished the application, when she said she was done, I asked about the shape and she said don't worry I'll clean it up. At this point I was not happy and she was irritated. Then, when I explained that what she did isn't what I asked for, I was very clear in my requests, she acted put out when I wanted it fixed. You could tell she was then more irritated. Again, I booked my time accordingly. I knew this would be a process. She was in a hurry through my appointment. It showed in the application and the fact she didn't want to remove the old set to begin with. When we got to the design and color, she was not listening to me at all. I said heres the inspo pic and she said I don't need that. Clearly she did. See pics for reference. I said please take a look at it. I showed her the same inspo pic I texted. My nails had no curve at the apex where they should and are pretty flat. She rushed through my service charged me $104 and my nails are not even close to the inspo pic. I don't care about the cost, I know it's expensive. I pay a lot for my nails. It's my thing. I also know they won't be exact because the inspo pic is always someone else's work. However, these are not even in the same range. And she certainly did not come close to the nai color, or art. I wanted this to be my new salon but so disappointed in how I was treated, beyond the fact of the nails. Her irritation was not welcoming, and the attitude of doing what she wanted was unpleasant. The blue nails are what I came in with. The dark purple is what I asked for and the light purple is what she gave me. Not even close. And the messages I included just for reference that I was assured she could do what I asked. I'm so sad with the whole experience. I drove out of my way because I was assured Helen was really good at what I was asking for. Disappointed in this experience.

GLOW Nails is the only nail salon I will go to. I've had my nails done by many of the nail techs at this salon and they are all so friendly and talented. I have had builder gel, designs, and removal for manicures, and the spa pedicures with gel polish application. I typically go to Kris, Tammy, or Kyle for builder gel manicures and they always turn out so clean and beautiful. Today I had a relaxing pedicure and a manicure removal with a gel polish finish from Amanda. She was extremely gentle with my natural nail after having had the builder gel on for 6 months and her precision was perfection. I highly recommend coming to this salon. Just be prepared to keep going back. They are the best.

My first time going here after avoiding salons for a long time due to just not liking the service and quality of my nails. But this place.. Is amazing!!! I loved the energy I felt welcome, never once did I feel uncomfortable. My nail tech was phenomenal, talkative and made the experience fun. And the nails were everything I asked for! Definitely will be back here again. They are doing things right plus the place is stunning.

I am so happy I found this nail salon! They are amazing. The inside is always so clean and beautiful! I love that you can book online ! The prices are straight forward you never have to guess what your total will be! And the staff are all friendly ! Sarah is absolutely amazing ! She always does a fantastic job with my nails! And she is one of the kindest people I have ever met !

I AM SO GRATEFUL I found glow nails and beauty!!! I switched over to builder gel after doing dip for several years and it has been a game changer. My nails last so much longer and I love that they dont lift like they did before. Ann & Tammy are absolutely awesome- though I think the whole staff seems great.
