2025-09-06Our experience was terrible. My daughter had got a messed up hair cut and we came there to get it fixed. She hated cutting her hair, not even a trim so she was already upset she lost over 2 inches. So I asked the lady if we could do layers to help even it out. She just said no, that won’t work. Without even really looking. I asked her to please don’t go any shorter at the shortest area, which she did. But what really upset me is my daughter was in the chair bawling about having to cut so much off so I’m trying to cheer her up and all the lady kept saying is “oh no, a lot is coming off. Like not even trying to help her feel better. Never tried to say anything to help her feel better, even a little better. She was rude, very rough, and I will never come back. A lady came in while she was cutting my daughter’s hair and If I was that lady, with the way the hairdresser greeted her, I wouldn’t have stayed.

2025-06-26Megan took me as a walk in. She was kind, actively listened to my thoughts, and shared her guidance when I asked about if I should go for a particular style or not yet due to the length of my hair. When she gave me my trim she asked how much I would like cut off, and she did only exactly what I asked as far as length and shape. I will be back because of Megan and how well she took care of me. I appreciated her customer service, she deserves a shout out!

2025-08-02One star is one too many!!! I went online and scheduled an apt to have my hair put up for a bridal shower, kinda important, right? It was confirmed and I got a text stating that. I got to the “salon” and was told “I can’t do no up-do, and she can’t either, sorry”. Sorry?!? Sorry you waisted your time, sorry your hair won’t be done for your party in few hours, and sorry we suck! I was skeptical of this place before today, now I’m simply disgusted! DO NOT WAIST TOUR TIME, CALL SOMEONE ELSE!

2025-06-18My hair didnt take the dye I wanted and we were there longer than I thought we'd be. However, our stylist was wonderful and she did everything in her power to fix it. She did a marvelous job! I actually really loved what she did f9mpared to what I wanted
