Queen Nails

I literally never post reviews but I have this time. I have gone here a few times and had a good experience but today was totally different. I hate how they make you jump from chair to chair or even change artists multiple times throughout getting your nails done. They also never say “hey here are the color books.” The ENTIRE TIME one of the people doing my nails was looking at his phone and at the tv watching the game and it felt so rushed like he wasn’t even trying to do a good job. I also asked one of the ladies who came in after him if she would cut my cuticles because I wanted acrylic with a manicure. All she did was buff them and then she was going to start putting the tips on. I have never had my nails look this bad before and I hardly get them done because of how expensive it is for me. One of my nails was jagged and the tips are so uneven. I should have spoken up and said I didn’t like them but I hate being that customer and it’s hard for me to talk in public. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but all the chair hopping and everything else makes me not want to go back. Also I just want to point out that again usually this place is so sanitary but I noticed so many things that were unsanitary. The placement napkin that I was at had definitely been used, they didn’t have any kind of gloves on, I saw the lady who put my tips on saving the ends that were clipped off from my set and put it into their tool drawer, I am fairly certain I saw one person scratch their back with the nail file they were currently using on a customer and the same nail file was used on me, and I don’t even think the brushes that were used to “clean up” my French tips were sanitized before or after. It genuinely makes me feel sick thinking about it all now that I am looking back. I also paid $66 dollars and still left a tip but I don’t think I will be going back. For reference I asked for the coloring of the square tips (super pink) with short almond nails like in the second photo and this is what I received.

I love Queen nails! I’ve been going here for a very long time. They will offer to fix anything you don’t like before you leave. Really sweet people. The wait is long if you walk in on weekends, but just budget time for it.

i would not get your nails done here . they rush through your service and it shows . my nails cost me 65$ and they look like pressons. she didnt put the acrylic to my cuticles i got them done 2 days ago and it already look like i need a fill in . not to mention my thumb nail is extremely crooked.

Staff was very unprofessional. Stations were not sanitized between clients. I asked for pink and white ombre nails. The ombre was not blended well. My nails are uneven and different lengths. I am very disappointed. I paid $125. My pedicure was supposed to be $35 (honey one). I got gel polish and it went up to $55. My nails were $60. I am guessing $10 more because of the ombre because in the book it was priced at $50 for pink and white. I did tip, but I am highly dissatisfied. I will never go to this salon again.

What I asked for, verses what I got.These pictures are from the same day that I got the full set / gel manicure from Queen nails. They look dingy, and are crooked.They aren't filled in all the way, & aren't even the same shape as the nails that I asked for. I have gone 3 times and have only had a really good experience once. That particular time my nails were EXACTLY what I asked for, and looked just like the picture I showed the nail tech. The only positive comments that I can come up with this time is that they were friendly, and the wait wasn't long at all. I give them one star for the quality of my nails, and the second star for the customer service. Unfortunately overall, I am not happy, and will not be returning.
