World Nails

I love going here for manicure and pedicure!! The staff is always so sweet and kind and make sure you get exactly what you ask for. I came in at 6pm an hour before they closed and the lady doing my nails stayed 30 mins after closing to finish my nails!!! Best customer service.

So I sent my wife to get her nails and feet done, and I expected them to be flawless. I come back for her and she instantly tells me that it’s not what she wanted. After a closer look at her feet and hands I can say I hardly liked the job that was done on her hands. And the job that was done on her toes was definitely not a work of art!! I’m trying to figure out why is it that an acrylic nail didn’t even last a whole week? She’s not doing no hard work at all. So why did her nails start coming off within the first 3 days of application??? Never sending her to this nail shop ever again!!!!

I had to go back and get them redone the next day. I got acrylic and gel. The first two photos were the day before the ball and the last two are the day of the ball. At first I hated them because the lines weren’t clean, the shape wasn’t right and my feet were not what I wanted. When I called and spoke to the manager the next day they got it PERFECT. Exactly what I asked for! They corrected the shape, got my nails even and gave me the right lines I asked for (where they thinly go up the sides of my nails.) In total I spent $120 for gel toes and acrylic with gel. My only complaint is that THESE particular French tips are considered a design which costs more. Other than that, I walked out the next day IN LOVE with my nails. It’s been almost 2 weeks and they’ve held up great.

Came in for full set with a bow and painted my toes $95 got home not even a hour later my bows fell off came back today and they put them back on but put one on backwards. Horrible service! Will it ever be coming back been coming here for a while but this is the last time they play with my money for horrible service.

I came here on a Wednesday about 5:30pm because my regular nail tech was off that day and I needed my nails done so that I could get a spray tan the next day for an event. I had tap gel removed and regular gel put back on. The salon was clean. They have a computerized check in on an iPad which was great. There was a lack of chairs for waiting but I was able to sit in nail technician table right way. Not sure what you would do if they were busy and you needed to wait. Seems like you would have to sit at the drying table which wouldn’t be ideal if they were busy. I waited for a few minutes before someone started on my nails. It took approximately an hour which is pretty normal since I had to partially soak off the tap gel. They look ok. Maybe I’m just not use to the look of regular gel but I wanted low maintenance because I’m unable to keep up my nails and I knew I could remove the regular gel myself when needed. I wonder if one more coat would have looked better. The hand massage was nice. The cost was great at $40. Everyone was polite. I would come back in a pinch if I couldn’t get into my regular salon.
