Spoil Me Nails and Spa

Best nail salon in Mobile. The staff is very friendly and professional. Clean salon and pleasant atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and VERY worth it. Lucy does an excellent job on my nails. I can keep her work on for WEEKS with no breakage. Lifting is normal especially since I work in a kitchen and constantly wash my hand. But I can go weeks and nails are still intact for a fill in. Mimi does an excellent job on my pedicure. And the owner Lena is the best. 😉 I better get a discount for this LENA!🤣

I drive over an hour to come here roughly every two to three weeks to get a gel mani-led, eyelash extensions, waxes, and a brow tint. There are plenty of other nail salons and spas along the way, but none of them consistently deliver the high threshold of service and results that keeps me coming back to Spoil Me Nails. The customer service is just as great as the services they provide. They are attentive, ask for feedback to make sure they’re giving you what you want, and you’ll leave here feeling like family. Sure, you could go somewhere cheap, but if you want consistency and to leave the salon feeling like you’re THAT girl, look no further! By the way, Lena and Amy are fantastic at what they do!!

It was my first time here and it was amazing. I was treated so nicely and the service was pleasing. The employees were hilarious and fun happy people. I got acrylic glitter French tip nails. I also got someone’s initials on my thumb nails. Super cute! While the price was $95, the woman doing my nails took great care of me, took her time on my nails, sat and worked on my nails for an hour and a half which I’m sure was tiring, and offered me refreshments. I will definitely be coming back!!! Thank you!

I have always had exceptional service at Spoil Me. Our nails always look perfect and we get so many compliments. Scheduling an appointment with them is super easy. Lena is always so welcoming. Everyone is friendly, they work hard and fast without compromising their work. The prices are competitive and less than most place. Great place, I highly recommend Spoil Me!

‼️ Absolutely unacceptable experience at Spoil Me Nails ‼️ I went in yesterday for a simple fill-in and ended up being there for 2 HOURS. After my service, I was told to sit under the dryer for 20 minutes, only to leave and have my polish smudge and come off before the evening was over. I called the next day to speak with the owner, hoping she would do the right thing. I explained the situation and asked if they could redo the polish with gel this time to make up for the inconvenience and lack of care. She agreed and told me to come in — that they would fix it free of charge. Well, I went back in today, the owner herself did my nails, fully aware of who I was and why I was there. But when she was done, she demanded that I pay for the gel polish — after agreeing it would be complimentary to fix their mistake. I’m honestly shocked. This is outrageous and incredibly unprofessional. The lack of accountability and poor customer service says it all. I DO NOT recommend Spoil Me Nails and I will never be returning.
