LUXURY NAIL BAR

My mom and I got off work and arrived a little bit before an hour before closing, and we were fully prepared for them to turn us away. They were so kind to take us in and take their time. They were talkative and didn’t cut corners. They were amazing and my fingers nails turned out exactly like I wanted! So very happy. And I will definitely be going back. Every time! Kevin is the bomb!

Extremely disappointed by this shop. I went in for an acrylic set on my toes as a walk in and I was grateful they were able to fit me in. She was quite rough, and the work was extremely sloppy. There was no pedicure or preparation before for the set. Which was disappointing especially for the price. This was supposed to be an enjoyable, relaxing experience and instead I left disappointed that I spent $80 on a terrible set of nails.

I have been to this nail salon twice. The first time was a good experience; however, this time was different. First it started off with the nail tech trying to pressure me to get fake tips put on my fingers after telling her 3 times I did not want to have them. She continued to asked about 3 more times why I don’t like them and how she can’t do anything with them if they are too short. When I asked to have my natural nail filed into a more rounded shape she said she could not do that without my getting acrylic tips added. I am not a nail bitter and my nails are not even that short. Anyways, she proceeded to complete my manicure, the cuticle cutting was something I made sure to ask about and she had a bit of tone when I asked if she was going to soak my hands before she cut them. When filing my nails after the SNS dip I did, she still proceeded to do a square shape and I had to tell her again I wanted the edges rounded. Some of them she filed down too much on the top and are still squared at the edges even after asking for rounded edges. She also did not file the actually base of the base of my nails after down, so they lol like a bubble on my fingers. I am very unsatisfied with my experience there.

Found this nail salon on vacay with my girls. We were walk-ins and it did take a while to get pedis (there for 2 hours), but it was a Sunday which is apparently always busy. Anna was my nail tech, she was nice and professional. My friends had what appeared to be newer employees they had to get quiet a bit of direction on the processes- like what was included in a deluxe pedicure and some things didn't get done but she was still charged full price. I understand being new, there is a learning curve for everyone, but she shouldn't have been charged full price if she didn't get all the services. Hygiene practices seemed good. But some things I saw (I don't claim to know the ins and outs of nail salon cleaning) raised questions with me. I really liked Anna and would have given 4 stars but for my friends experiences. No photos, feet are not attractive :)

We had the best time, my BFF and I had the premium mani-pedi, and it was amazing! We enjoyed the massage and pampering, and our nails looked fabulous! One out of ten, recommend greatly! Plus the place its clean, people are friendly and professional.
