I will not be returning. I came in asking for French tips on both my nails and toes and even showed photos of exactly what I wanted — clean, symmetrical white tips with a natural pink base. What I received looked completely different and very poorly done. I had to tell the lady more than once that the French tips on my toes were too big. They still came out uneven and thick. The girl who did my nails seemed new — the foundation of the acrylic was lumpy and uneven thought that once she filed them they would come out correct , my pinky finger nails are two sizes now that I realize it and she nicked my fingers multiple times with the electric filer. My hands were actually sore afterward. I told her several times she was hurting me she would apologize sometimes after knowing she nicked me before I could say something & it kept happening. When I showed her my inspo photos, she started doing the French tips completely wrong. I had to stop her, and she wiped them off and restarted atp I was frustrated and just ready to go. Even after that, the results were full of imperfections. Some nails are crooked, others aren’t shaped correctly, and she never cleaned up her mistakes. The French tips are uneven, inconsistent, and don’t match the shape or curve shown in my pictures. I didn’t even realize how sharp the underside of my nails was until I scratched my legs and left marks. I had to go to the dollar store to buy a nail file just to fix them myself. The photos I took clearly show the difference between what I asked for and what I got — crooked tips, uneven shapes, and a sloppy finish. The entire experience was disappointing. From poor technique to lack of attention to detail and the physical discomfort during the service, it was just terrible. I paid for professional results and left with nails that look nothing like what I requested

Once I started going here I refuse to go anywhere else. I brought my mom here as well and now she loves it. *Ann: Does the best designs particularly better on longer nails. *Anna: Very thorough on shape (she may cut your cuticle though but the end shape is worth the pain) *Annie: Does flawless French tips that my mom swears by. ***If it’s your first time going, be ready to sit in the chair a while. Sometimes 2 hours depending on what all you’re getting done but I’d rather someone take their time and DO IT RIGHT (the way they do it) than rush and give me sloppy nails. ***I love that they’re open on Sundays (that’s very convenient) and they also will fix any chips or broken nails with no problem after 3 days or so after getting them done here. I highly recommend them!

This is my third time coming here in the last 5 months, and I have been so pleased every time. GREAT customer service, skill, and accommodations. I will be back soon! Edited to add: ASK FOR ANH! She’s amazing. 🤩 I have been back so many times now. She has me as a customer forever!

Had such a great experience here! Ms. Anna did a phenomenal job and all the ladies seem to be very experienced and skilled in their art. Glad to have found my new go to salon!

Yea this gonna be my number one spot for lashes and nails, the service is a 10/10 the place is a 10/10 super nice and clean! And the girl that designed my nails definitely did her big one🩷
