Tip Top Nails

The BEST Pedicure I have ever gotten! Snow was recommended to me by my daughter. It was like getting a full body massage. My legs and feet have never felt this great! The hot rocks and towels were the icing on the cake! Thank you Snow….Ill be back for that manicure!

I’m not from the area, I made an appointment with another nail shop close by. But I ended up here by accident. I had a good experience for the most part. They were really nice. I got a gel pedicure & a full set, with French tips and “designs”. I feel like the quality could be better, it was a little rushed. However my experience wasn’t bad. If you’re not too “boojie” and you’re patient, I definitely recommend. My nails came out really cute. Just not as neat as I would like. They started lifting day 3, and looked bad without cuticle oil.

WORST pedicure experience of my life, literally! Called and they told me to come at 12:30 for Tammy.. got there on time. Waited about 2/3 minutes. I was greeted by a woman named Tammy. She asked what I wanted, gave me something to drink, and started my pedicure. 1pm hits and a lady walks in saying she had a 1p appointment. Tammy stops doing my pedicure and goes to do the other lady and tells me someone else will finish. 25 minutes go by and finally someone else comes to do my pedicure. She begins to start everything ALL OVER! She’s talking to the lady next to her and stabs me in the bottom of my foot with the nippers. She keeps saying “sorry sorry sorry” meanwhile Tammy is working on the lady she left me sitting for, looks at me, smiles and gives a thumbs up.. I CANT MAKE THIS UP! I shake my head no. While all this is going on I still have the leg mask clay on my legs Tammy put on over 25 minutes ago. A girl that came in after me, left BEFORE me. They’re so focused on getting people in the door and getting their money that they aren’t realizing it’s QUALITY over quantity. I wanted to like this place because it’s close to work and I pass it often but nope, won’t be returning. If all this happened with only 5 customers & 6 employees, 1 which was a man that kept going outside to smoke and then coming back in making the whole place smell like cigarettes.. I’d hate to see what it’s like on a busy day. A 3 hour pedicure is ridiculous. Then they tried to play crazy like I didn’t call but the call was clearly made

Flawless! Cindy was so patient and helpful while I picked out my Christmas nail design—she gave great suggestions when choosing a color that suit my skin tone and made sure I was happy every step of the way. She was able to work with my calloused, bitten nails and transform them completely. The manicure was quick but super detailed, and my cuticles have never looked more perfect! I was in and out of my chair in 40 minutes. Will definitely be coming back 💖
