2025-03-01I got a fill in last night with Scott that wasn’t great but I decided not to make a fuss about it. Within 3 hours of the fill in, my nail broke. I go today to get it fixed and he refused to fix my nail. I had to wait almost a hour for Ann to finish her client and correct my nail. It is so thick and bulky. Horrible customer service and subpar work.

At Creative Nails, they even worked on removing the calluses that my shies caused. Also, I find that my Nails usually last 3 weeks, where other places, they only last about 10 days of normal wear and tear. I've been going there since September
