Heavenly Nails & Esthetics

I had a really *bad* experience. My friend had a good experience though. Hoa did her nails amazingly! I had Tammy and mine were not good... it started when the nails were not glued flush to my nail beds, causing there to be air gaps near my cuticle under the fake nail, so that air could go under it. I've never had my nails done, so I thought, surely those will be filled with something. They were not. I tried to ask her to fill in a gap, and she said something that I didn't hear, and she did not fill the gap. You could stick something under them and lift the nail. There is also glue all over the underside of my nails, and my finer skin is glued to my nails. There are some corners of my nails where there's just a clear glue chunk. They were also filed kind of jaggedly, so my nails are rough around the edges. The polish is not even, there are some air bubbles and dust particles. I ended up going right back in and pointing a few things out, as nice as I could. Nancy did the best she could to fix a few things, but she had another appointment, so not everything could be fixed. Actually I'm looking and there's still some gaps I can fit a little tool in under my nails. My fixed pinky nail also has a clear gap near my cuticle, then it goes back to purple. These issues are not a huge deal by themselves, but combined with everything else, I'm just so disappointed. When she fixed some gaps on two of my nails, so those nails have 3 coats while the others have 2. You can see through the 2 coat nails when you hold it up to the light, and the 3 coat nails are more opaque. They at least look good from afar! But I would've rather waited longer and had them done properly than rush through. Somehow mine took longer than my friends, even without the corrections. Thank you Hoa for doing a great job on my friend's nails, and thank you Nancy for fixing mine the best you could. I feel bad to be so harsh, but I really wish I could have them redone or my money back...

Angela is amazing, she talked throughout the appointment and continuously asked my opinion to make sure I didn’t change my mind. These nails are for my wedding and I couldn’t be more pleased. Angela kept me aware of all costs and was so sweet. 100% recommend her!

I got an acrylic service done with Jenny for the 3rd time and her work never disappoints. She is fast and professional and always leaves my nails looking amazing! The owner is also a wonderful lady who gave me a discount since it was my birthday! Out of all of the nail salons that i’ve tried in lincoln Heavenly Nails and Esthetics is and will continue to be #1.

Every time I’ve been here, they provide me with incredible service. They have a great selection of colors and products, I can show them a reference photo and they get it perfectly. The people are so nice and so helpful. Definitely go here! Also, one time I had a Nail break right before recruitment for my sorority and they let me come in after hours so they could fix it for me

After my recently poor pedicure experience elsewhere, I was so happy with how they treated me here! They were very kind and very fairly priced. The woman doing my pedicure often checked in to see how I felt about the water temperature, the color of the polish, etc. Will definitely be consistently going here now for my pedicures!
