I really enjoyed my pedicure done by Daisy. She really massaged my legs real good and was very courteous. She took her time and constantly asked was I ok. I really enjoyed the massage chair. The only thing that I wanted was more hot water for my feet to relax. Great Job Daisy!!

I really wanted to like this place as I am new to town and have been on the hunt for a new nail salon. I will say that the staff were friendly but unfortunately the quality of work was poor. I had an appointment but they seemed to be running behind and only had two employees available. My pedicure lasted so long the water ended up cold. I felt a bit rushed and feel the quality suffered. I had my finger sliced open by the file when trying to shape my nails and walked out with jagged, clumpy and ugly SNS nail work. When I got home I had to file ALL of my nails and reshape them. Today, less than 24 hours after my SNS one mail has already cracked. My pedicure, while the massage part was great, taking off my gel polish was quite painful. In their defense I forgot I had gel on my toes and like I said they were running behind and rushing- so when it got around to taking off polish after a quick soak in polish remover the scrapping off of the remainder of the polish felt painful. The application of the toe nail polish is messy and has bumps in the polish coat. I did not speak up as I just paid and tipped well because by then I just wanted to get out of there.

I came here because the place I usually go to up the road looked crowded and this place was mostly empty.The pedicure was fine but the manicure ended up looking kind of rough. Honestly neither were worth what I had to pay for them. Then, I was sent to the nail dryer table and I guess they forgot about me or something because I sat there for an hour before I was able to pay. I watched them give two other pedicures while I was just sitting there. It really wasn’t even super busy. I felt like I was being ignored, but all I needed to do was pay so I’m not sure why. Overall I should have just went to my usual place up the road because they would’ve had me in and out a lot faster for a cheaper price.

They have the sweetest staff! I've been coming here since February and Tim knows my name right when I walk in the door. Jamie did my nails today and did an amazing job! Everyone there is absolutely wonderful! You can't go wrong with Lily's Nails!

My boyfriend got me a gift card so i went there last monday, 5/12, i got my engagement nails done. Before he can even propose, today, sunday, 5/18 a nail breaks off after me adjusting a bra strap. i have never been to a salon where my nails break that earlier or EVER. Not coming back.
