2025-11-23My SiL went for a manicure, on already bare nails - it was 85$ and the nail tips were glued to her skin!! They looked nothing like what she asked for, and a kindergartner could have painted a better flower. We went somewhere else to get them redone and the cuticles bled like crazy when the new tech tried to remove them because they were on her skin! None of the nails were the same length, she asked for short and they blatantly ignored her, and half the nails were crooked. Could not recommend this place any less 👎👎

2025-11-23I went yesterday to get my nails done and left so upset. They didn't listen to what I wanted, wouldn't fix issues I brought up like them being way too long and a couple nails were crooked. Then worst of all they drilled my cuticle and cured the nails to my skin which hurt so bad. Even the basic pedicure was chipped before I ever left the building. I had to go pay another salon to fix them today and all my nails were bleeding from what happened yesterday. To add insult to injury, they charged me $129 for messed up nails! If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Thao is always on time and gives a wonderful pedicure. She helps you find the best color and service for you. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

2025-11-08Cathy is amazing. She has been doing my nails for over two years and she gets them perfect every time. Hands down the best Mani Pedi in Birmingham. The shop has a fun and laid back atmosphere. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. It's a great place to come and get a glass of wine and get pampered for a while.
