2025-12-11got a normal gel and cat eye manicure and picked a gold bow for my nails. It looked cute at the salon, but when I got home and saw it in normal lighting… the gold wasn’t visible at all. So I called the salon to ask how much it would be to change it to burgundy. Linda, my nail tech, told me there would be no charge and I could come in anytime. I went back right away, and she switched the gold bow to a burgundy one—super quick, super nice, and still free. Shoutout to my nail tech Linda for being to accommodating and patient! Honestly, I just love how accommodating everyone is there. The staff are always kind, helpful, and they make sure you walk out happy every single time.
