Four stars, because I really do love this place, I love my nail artist and I’m so glad Angela is back. And Mary’s work, is good but you can tell she still has really good days and really bad days. But that’s okay! The only thing I don’t think is alright is , when it is messed up, or you don’t see something right, they’re rude or snappy about it. With me, my son is autistic and doesn’t go to daycare. In the one that watches him, I don’t have hours to spend at a nail salon but I go to get them done so I can feel better. Something to do for me. So I am on limited time to get back to him. And when I’ve been upset with Mary’s work, I’ve had to tell them, hey, I can’t stay another hour to redo what’s wrong, can I come back later? And apparently that’s a huuuuuge deal. But this very last time, when Mary did my purple set, I was soooooo upset because I had been trying to give her chances like hey maybe she had a bad day or maybe she’s learning. But her ombré work, which she normally she’s good at, was HOOORRRRIBLE. I went around and shown them and asked a few other nail salons, because they ultimately saw “nothing wrong”. . . I tried getting Angela this past time… BUT. After I shown her a picture and told her how upset I was , Angela redid them and they’re beyond perfect. Every time she does them she does a good job. Her work is worth the money and more. The sets Mary has done, from start to finish with me, the very first time she did them, holy crao I was in LOVE. I was a little scared to change from Angela , but wow. She blew my mind. BUT then.. I came in for a fill in and to make them stiletto again because the tips kind of rounded. Annnd… you can see how she did on the “fill in”…. Oh my gosh guys. I’ve been so upset with my nails for 4 months. I know Mary can do amazing work so I don’t understand. Then there was the “scorpio” set when she thought she was just drawing an M.. when I showed her a picture of how the symbol looked. They’re..okay. Then the purple set. Every other picture is done by Angela. Me personally I like designs, but there’s so many other really good nail artists in there.

I was horribly disappointed. It was the worse nail job I had anywhere. I've been doing my nails for a long time. I stopped in for convenience. MISTAKE I will never use them again. The guy was even rude. Took my money and even had another color from the last perfect nail shop still showing. Didn't remove all of the first color in corners on nails. I had to fix myself at home. MISTAKE AGAIN

Not sure what’s going on but I haven’t had a good experience here in a while. Used to be my favorite place to go. But idk if I’ll be back anymore. Jerry did a very messy job this past time. Glue everywhere. Rushed. The top coat is extremely messy. So I’m going home to fix what was done. I’m also in so much pain because of how many times he nicked and cut me. But yeah. I won’t be back for a while, if ever again.

Pro Nails is always my go-to. They were extremely busy today from open-lunch and still did exceptional! I have gotten multiple pedis and manis; they always come out on top at an extremely affordable price! Just a few of my favorites below. 10/10 recommend. 😊😊
