Touch & Glow Nails Spa

I visit my in laws once a year but this was the first time I had some down time to explore the local Hoover area. I decided it was time for a “me” day, and was able to stroll in at 1030AM to get a manicure and pedicure. It also seemed easy to book online too when I visited the website. When I walked in, I was greeted and asked for what I needed, then immediately assigned to get my pedicure done. The gal offered me a complimentary drink, and I chose the mimosa. In fact, you can have 2 drinks per service, so of course, I got that second mimosa Haha The massage chair worked well and the gal doing my pedicure was friendly and did my color very nicely. Then I was assigned to get my SNS manicure and Shaun did a super nice job. I showed him 2 types of reference photos and another employee explained to him what I wanted and he got it exactly right. I love these fall nail colors. If I need to get my nails done again when I visit, I’d definitely visit from AZ again!

These folks are wonderful! I've gotten my nails done here for two years our more and they've always done a fantastic job. The prices are reasonable and the work is superior. Andy is an artist. He said he loves what he does and it shows! Today, I told him to surprise me with some Halloween nails and he did not disappoint. I do not take great videos but I included a short video because I swear this is fingernail sorcery. Three different polish colors were used and a magnet. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Halloween nails, Andy! Thank you!

First time visiting and loved the service! Everyone was nice and it was a pretty good price. I got a gel pedicure and it was $55. My favorite part was the massages during my visit. Also they get bonus points for using sterile nail tools. I love knowing the tools that were used for my service was sterile and safe!

EDIT: after my original review, the manager reached out to me and offered to fix my nails for free. He was very kind and did a great job! I am very appreciative and will definitely come back in the future. I have included updated photos of my nails. They’re so cute! _________________________ It was my first time at this salon and I wanted an SNS with nail design. In the time it took for my nails to be dipped and filed, the person next to me had their complete SNS set done from start to finish with a design. It was taking so long (2 hours at this point) that I kindly asked for him to just paint my nails a solid color. My nails are so thick (he did 3 layers of SNS and I thought he would file it down more) and the shape is not the almond as I asked for and showed in the inspo pic. I am including my inspo pic I showed him and then the nails I got. I ended up still paying and tipping because I felt bad he spent so much time, but I am not at all happy with my nails.

First time. Very nice place. Clean. Had pedicure, manicure, and more. Technicians were lovely. Thank you! Am new to area and I will be back.
