Had the BEST experience. I have not had nails in many years and decided to treat my 12-year-old to her first set as well. Mimi was AMAZING and she will have me as a repeat customer. 10/10 recommend.

I’m in a conflicted place. Have been coming to this location for 5 months. I have had some really great experiences with the staff. Came last Friday, and the whole vibe was off. I needed help picking the color that I wanted and the young man who was to do my pedicure kept saying he didn’t know. His energy was off. He was rushed and aggressive. I asked for some one else to do my nails. The lady that did my nails said she was confused about what I wanted. I showed everyone a picture. As I have done many times before. 180 dollars later in this climate! And I was left with red white toes and chrome chipping off my fingers! I’m not sure what is going on, but as an educator who deals with students etc each week, I came into the shop for a moment of pause. Please check y’all’s energy. People do not have to patronize your business.

This was my second time coming here. The first visit was great. The technician listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure to protect my natural nails. They soaked off my old polish gently, used a light drill, and applied a soft gel that made my nails stronger without damaging them. I left happy that day. Fast forward to my second visit, it was a completely different experience. I explained to the front desk that I wanted the same service I had before but couldn’t remember the name. The host checked my file and said they saw it, so I assumed everything was fine. The woman I was handed off to started cutting my natural nails right away, and when I asked about soaking off first, she brushed me off and kept going. She then brought out acrylic tips, which confused me since I made it clear I didn’t want acrylics. When I asked her to double-check with the host, she looked annoyed, and both she and the host became short and dismissive. They even talked and laughed in front of me like I had done something wrong. The technician then refused to finish my nails, saying, “I’ve been doing nails for 14, 15 years, I am not doing your nails,” and walked off. Another tech came over, but things didn’t improve. He started cutting my nails even shorter, ignored my request to stop, and ended up putting on acrylic tips anyway. The product and process were completely different from what I had before. No light was used, and the consistency was clearly acrylic, not the soft gel I originally received. To make it worse, I left with uncleaned nails and leftover nail polish still on my hands. There were no finishing touches, no oil, and no care put into the final result. There definitely needs to be better customer service, especially for customers who are genuinely concerned and just trying to make sure everything is correct. Communication and patience go a long way, especially for someone who doesn’t fully understand nail technician terms and just wants to leave satisfied. Overall, no one listened, no one communicated clearly, and I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. I paid in full for a service I did not want or enjoy, and I will not be coming back.

This is the BEST quality nail salon at the same price as many others but with MORE service offered at higher quality. You MUST try it!

Mimi is the best!! She is thorough, takes her time, and is a sweetheart on top of that! We tried the natural gel today, it’s new, and I love it! Such a natural look, and you can come back for a fill - rather than having to get new dip every time. Highly recommend booking here with Mimi!
