2025-07-28I have always had good experiences in the past, but this last time I took my son for an appt with Rylee. He came in with hair longer than his shoulders. He wanted it to be a bit shorter and with layers. We showed a picture and knew it wouldn’t be exactly the same due to the person in the picture having wavy hair. My son ended up with a little kids bob hair cut. It was way shorter than we asked for and had no layers. I paid for our services and left. We ended up having to take him somewhere else to have it fixed. My son’s beautiful long hair is gone. It will take close to a year for him to grow it back out. He is beyond upset.
