Q Nails Spa

Just got my fill in today done by Ben! Highly recommend wouldn’t go to anybody else! They are so friendly, They talk to you, Make you feel comfortable I was being indecisive this time about my color and they told me what fit best and it really looks amazing! I’ve never had a bad experience here. Been going to Q NAIL for years🩷🙌🏽 💅

I showed them a pic of what I wanted, they said they could do it. It’s obviously pearls in the picture, but they kept insisting it was diamonds, so they put diamonds on and I said I didn’t like it because it’s pearls. So they took it all off besides the color, literally told me they couldn’t sit around while I picked a design and kicked me out. I still had to pay full price though. Never going in there again.

Confused on pricing. Yesterday i received the same thing as my daughter did today the only difference was the shape of nail. They charged me $15 more and the girl who did them was really good and paid attention to detail but the lady training her charged me and the tec tried to tell her she over charged and she waived it off as if I wouldn't notice. She intentionally over charged me. I believe it is the owner/manager so there was no point to even speak up. I believe I would of gotten some bs excuse so I just paid it but not sure if Ill continue to give them my business. I dont appreciate being over charged intentionally because you think you can get away with it. Its dirty and dishonest. Not quite sure how to feel about this place because my nails were great and priced fair. My daughters nails are beautiful and done with great attention to detail the nail tech was new and did fabulous job. The owner however did herself no favors. I feel bad for her employees.

I absolutely love Q nails! All the ladies help with my daughter every time I come in to keep her occupied. And i never leave disappointed with my nails, huge shout out to Luan!!!

So I’m a truck driver and I went into this establishment to get one nail repair. Walked in and was greeted then let them know what i needed they told me to have a seat. I took a seat. A young lady came in they told her to pick a color. 3 more people came in.They then took the young lady.5 minutes later someone comes to me and say there very busy and can I come back later. Mind you I told her I was a truck driver. It’s just might funny that everyone that came after me was seated before and no they didn’t have appointments.
