Kaylee always gets it right! I have a side shave/undercut and I get a different haircut every time I come in. I bring in pictures for ideas and ask her opinion; whatever I'm asking for, she nails it each time. Super talented! She asks if I'm happy with the result and is chill if I want something altered after the fact. I never feel rushed. Kaylee's just the best and I'll keep coming back to Lotus for her!

Went to get my hair bleached and Maggie was so so so helpful and kind! She made sure she understood what I wanted before she started and made me feel super comfortable! Super sweet person, the conversation was great and my hair turned out perfect!!!! Cannot say enough good things!

Callie has cut my hair twice, and both times I've been SO THANKFUL for her talent, her kindness, and her willingness to bend over backwards to provide what was needed. Not only has she given me the best haircuts that I've had in a long time (with clear instructions for how to deal with my thick, curly/wavy, coarse hair), but she provided several accommodations to help my high maintenance spine get through the needs of the appt. She is a tremendous blessing!

Highlights were so choppy. Looked like money pieces and I didn’t even ask for them. Highlights looked like they were not even done throughout the entire head and also grown out. Worker was very nice though. Had to get a redone later on bc I hated it so much. Messed me up fr especially when I got it done right before prom and graduation. Paid a lot for this unfortunately.

Update! Just had my hair colored by Jazmin and she did an amazing job! Highly recommend her to do your hair! Long overdue for a haircut and so happy I came here! Bree did an amazing job and I was so impressed with the COVID precautions they are all taking. Very safe and clean and I’m so happy with my hair! Thank you!
