Diamond Nails

Lisa at Diamond nails is amazing. She always takes her time and does exactly what I ask for every single time. I always leave beyond happy with my nails. She goes above and beyond. She’s super sweet too. Tina the owner is also amazing and I wouldn’t want to take my business anywhere else. She always makes sure everything is good and her customers are happy and satisfied while at her salon. Update (12/15): Was advised to call via response on Google from the owner. Called this morning and was told due to it being "2 weeks" since my nails were done (this coming Saturday 12/20 would be 2 weeks) they could only attempt to fix them again which after all this i don't trust them to do it correctly. They're apparently unable to give a refund or partial refund because of when they were done even though its been a week and 2 days since they were done and the "refund policy" covers a 2 week time period according to the woman I talked to this morning. Needless to say I don't recommend or plan to be back. Update (12/12): They did "fix" my chipped nails. BUT one of the nails they fixed is wavy and has air bubbles I'm able to push around. Honestly I'm waiting for it to eventually chip again in a few days. This was my first time trying here and I don't think I'll be back. Especially after they had a chance to fix the issue and it now cause another issue. I had my nails done less than a week ago and they've already chipped. 2 nails are chipped on this hand and one on the other hand. They were done in Gel polish and had gel before but never had it chipped off ever! I will update after going into the salon again to see if they'll fix them considering its been less than a week since having them done.

I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of quality here. After a poor first experience, I decided to give the salon another try, hoping it was just an off day. Unfortunately, the same thing happened. My dip manicure began cracking and lifting from the nail bed in less than a week, just as it did the first time. This indicates a consistent issue with either the products or the technicians skill. I have now wasted money and time on two separate visits.

I've gone to this salon twice for a manicure and both times I've been incredibly unhappy. I'm not sure if it's because I've had the same technician both times or because of the products. The first time was a gel polish manicure that was placed far away from the cuticle and chipped on all my nails within a week. 5 days ago I got a dip powder manicure and it already chipped.

I love them if u go there ask for Lisa she the best in get me right every time I come in takes her to make sure everything is perfect told her it was my birthday in she did her best to please me in I love them so much
