Salon Sixteen14

Don't go here! I went in with pictures of both the cut and color I wanted. Ended up with ash gray hair (wanted gold highlights.) And the bottom eight inches of my hair shredded. The sides also weren't cut evenly. (Pictures below.) My hair was so damaged from the color I didn't want another chemical treatment to fix it. I asked for a refund and the owner (who makes their "policies) refused because they have 7 day window for refunds which was never explained to me. And the week in between my appt and asking for the refund was the week of my wedding so I was a bit busy. For $250, I should be 100 percent satisfied. Instead, it will take years for my hair to grow out and I'm still out $250. I DO NOT recommend this "salon.

Always love my cuts and colors! Such a great group of ladies — super reasonable prices, amazing vibe, and truly one-of-a-kind decor. The trees and Christmas setup are EVERYTHING!!! I seriously just love my visits with these ladies! HIGHLY recommend!!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Lovely big south and west facing windows for natural light makes this salon feel bigger than it is. Both children's haircuts and adult trims have been successful. We have had multiple stylists and appreciated the skill level, willingness to educate, and demeanors of each. They genuinely seem kind, playful, and keep it light during services or waiting. Shout out to Laura who has displayed multple ways of being consciencous, for example with her calm voice and offering options to accomplish a haircut for someone else's kid that may have been neurodivergent; and gentle washing and brushing for one of my kids with an extra sensitive scalp.

I have been to Salon Sixteen14 many times. Not only do I get an amazing haircut and wash. I also get a very warm welcome with smiles from all the amazing ladies that work there. Andi and the girls have made the atmosphere so relaxing and welcoming with all the plants and the fish. The rustic feel of the work stations to me are awesome also. I am a man and get my "dude" cut there. I have also referred many of my platonic girlfriends there and they have made a total switch and only go see the ladies at Salon Sixteen14. Thank you for always giving me the best cuts and feeling like a new man every time I leave..

I have been coming here for years, I think at some point I have had each of the stylists cut my hair. I have never been disappointed in a haircut and neither has my wife. She loves haircut day and because she loves haircut day, I love haircut day. Thanks Andi and team for taking great care of me!
