Hair Decision's & Oasis Spa

I have tried Hair Decisions and Oasis several different times giving them chances to get my hair right. The only one who seems to know what shes doing is the coloring manager who did my hair for my wedding. I went in there yesterday asking for a basic balyage design and the stylist spent 20 mins arguing with me about what I wanted finding her own photos, despite the one i clearly gave her and just did some highlights completely different than what I was asking. This is not the first time this has happened, they have no clue how to do a balayage and I will never be going back for anything. I am so disappointed after spending 3 hours in a chair and having absolutely no blonde at the bottom of my hair or it even remotely like the photo. My hair before was brown and it doesn't look much different…. Like what did i spend $200 for?

I had my hair highlighted and dyed. They always seem to do a good job. I'm never really unhappy with my visit there! However, since covid has happened, it really changed a lot of things. The price wasn't too bad. I'd love to recommend Taylor!

I have spent a fair amount of money at this salon, hair and nails. I usually am happy. However I recently had a pedicure and it was the worst, most painful, hurried pedicure I have ever had . When she was finished, she left to go do someone’s hair . I was going to put my shoes on and nails are all jagged, very sharp . Terrible !

The stylists did the wrong color of highlights on my son! He was very specific what color he wanted, even showed her a picture but unfortunately a mistake was made. Not nice people, not nice! This was prom night and was just a bad experience for that special event.

I wanted my hair done for my son's wedding. My regular stylist had a family emergency and could not do my hair. This place had great reviews so I decided to go with them as they could get me in. When I got there I did have to wait about a 1/2 hour for my stylist. I was on time but she was running late. I told her all I wanted was highlights and I wanted chunky highlights that people would notice. I showed her a picture of what I had wanted My hair is not thick and it is not long by any means. The highlights were supposed to be $73 that's what they advertised. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She ended up coloring my whole head $45, shampooing (I told her I washed it before I left) $36, put a conditioner on (thought that was included) $20. My bill was $186!!!!! NO idea where the extra $13 came from. The highlights I got were unnoticeable nobody noticed a thing .....stay away from this place they throw extra charges in for you that you did not ask for I'm very disappointed.
