Natalya is amazing. I have received the highest compliments of what she has done with my skin care. She also does teen facials and my son has requested to go back specifically to this location and we have tried many different places in the Fox Valley. She’s very patient and thorough and I leave feeling fantastic after every visit! The quality time she spends with you on the facials and high end skin care products she uses really make a difference in the results!

I had my first ever Brazilian wax today. It was an amazing experience considering the circumstances. Natalya is so funny and keeps the conversation going. It was a very welcoming environment and she tries to make you laugh the whole time and explains in detail what she's doing. I'd recommend her over and over again! I will definitely be back for more waxes! 10000/10!

I just had the best experience with Natalya! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly atmosphere. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and has a relaxing vibe. Natalya is a true professional; she took the time to discuss what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail is impressive! The waxing technique was quick and efficient, minimizing any discomfort. I was amazed at how smooth and perfectly shaped my eyebrows turned out. She knows her craft well! Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely be returning!

I never take the time to write a review— this spa is absolutely lovely, it is both relaxing and rejuvenating for skin. I worked as an esthetician for years and I have never used skin care products as good as the ones this spa used, my skin feels amazing!! My fiance surprised me with a facial, this was the best gift ever!

This was my first ever Brazilian wax, and I was very nervous and anxious about the possible pain since it’s such a sensitive area. However Natalya was amazing in ensuring I was comfortable and felt little to no pain. She also made sure to explain the process very carefully and answered all my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. Also I don’t know how other people might react to wax, but the wax that she uses really grips on to your hair and not your skin which caused little no irritation. She is amazing! I highly recommend her especially if you are thinking of doing a Brazilian for the first time. (Edit) I went back for a facial, originally I had booked for a chemical peel as I wanted to look amazing for when I see my long distance boyfriend. But when I sat down and talked with Natalya she let me know that since I’d be traveling in two weeks it would not be the best decision for my overall skins well being. Instead she gave me other options that were much gentler and talked me through what would work best for my concerns. It was a very relaxing hydro dermabrasion facial, and I was really happy with the results! I also was having a rough day because of bad haircut earlier in the day so Natalya ensured that I was relaxed and worry free throughout the appointment. She is defiantly a MUST go to!
