So for me to say this means I’ve had enough experience to know what fantastic is… Haley is fantastic. Her haircut and blow out and styling was the best I’ve had in my 35 years. She listened and offered suggestions based on what I shared. She was kind and professional and just a joy to be around. So worth it. My hair still looks fabulous 2 days later.

2025-08-19I booked an appointed for my son and I, but mistakenly had written down the incorrect time. We arrived at 3:30 instead of 3:00. Apparently, their policy is to charge the full price of the haircut--$35 for my son and $50 for me--in the event of a missed appointment. After being charged full price for a misstep, I will not be going back. I'm not sure whose business decision it was to lose three repeat customers over a missed appointment, but that's what the result will be. When there are over a hundred other salons in the Fox Valley to choose from, why would I put up with that? This will be the thing I remember about Salon Aura. I hope $85 was worth that.
