2025-06-22Amazing staff and clean facility. Had laser done and it was super comfortable and the staff is very forgiving if you get uncomfortable Crazy good results, for awesome prices. If you're considering laser, I would highly recommend Real Aesthetics. You can't beat local, experienced staff, best prices, and flexibility. Also check out all the other things they have to offer!

2025-10-01I had PRP for joint pain. I've had joint pain for over 2 years. My pain has significantly decreased after one session! I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Leslie was professional, explained everything in detail, and there was minimal discomfort during the procedure. Also this summer I had a diamond glow facial, it removed a lot of dead skin 🎉. Next up, I'll be scheduling IPL. I'm so thankful we have Real Aesthetics in Manitowoc!
