Heavenly Crossroads Salon & Spa

We arrived 30 minutes early, the staff was busy with other customers, and unable to check us in or bother to greet us, it was no big deal. We had no concerns at this moment, as a sign stated to take a seat and staff will assist shortly. We were never greeted or checked in. Sat there for 30 minutes just waiting. It wasn't until another stylist approached us to informed us that our stylist was out sick and supposedly had made attempts to reach me to reschedule, but obviously was unsuccessful. We were able to get rescheduled with another stylist on a later date, but ultimately decided to cancel it. I received the appointment confirmation and the appointment reminder, up to the time of our scheduled appointment, but no notification of needing to cancel and reschedule. Had there been some kind of communication, I could of found another stylist to do my daughter's hair for her birthday. I get it, people get sick and schedules need to be adjusted. But if I have to give a 1 day notice otherwise you may charge me $20 for a cancelation or a no show, I would expect that there would be some accountability and a better process in place when the tables are turned.

I had a wonderful experience my first time visiting this salon! It was a great atmosphere and I was greeted by my stylist, Courtney, right away. She did a great job with my ethnic hair and listened to what I wanted while still providing her expertise. I will definitely be going back.

Just moved here, found a salon close by, and rolled the dice. It's hard to find a new stylist, but I was paired with Susan. She listens to what I'm looking to have done and gives me realistic expectations keeping the condition of my hair in mind. Its been damaged due to bleaching. She's what most of us look for; not only a good stylist but good therapist too, lol. The salon is very accommodating to my schedule. I definitely found my new stylist. Thanks Susan. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I have gone in there and no one will be at front desk and other stylists working will literally ignore me, which I assume they'd do with anyone. I think if they were more of a team they could at least acknowledge someone came into the salon and say someone should be with you shortly. Seems like normal customer service expectations. It bothered me at first, but I'll still be back.

I’ve had two massage by Beth. She has great technique and is able to adjust well to the clients needs. She is very professional and she offers a variety of massage therapy services that can meet the needs of anyone. I especially love the hot stone massage. She also offers cupping. I highly recommend Beth. She does great work and her studio is a relaxing oasis

It's really hard to move and find a new hairdresser after 25 years with the same perfect one! I tried some in the area but my hair never was just right. I saw Susan she was wonderful. She gave me a wonderfully soft perm. I got my hair done exactly how I wanted it. I found my new hairdresser what a relief!!!!
