Kathryn always makes me feel amazing! I’ve had so many compliments on my haircut today and it’s such a nice pick-me-up. My appointments are on-time and everyone in the salon and boutique is very knowledgeable. If you haven’t checked out the boutique yet, do so soon! They have a wide variety of high quality items and also assist with styling, which is very helpful. I recently bought several outfits for a trip and it was very helpful.

I love this place! I used to never get my hair done but now because of Allison at K Lorraine I go regularly and my hair always looks amazing! It went from looking like the first pic to the incredible way it looks in the second pic! Allison gave my hair life I swear. The way it’s set up is super welcoming, and super clean. I always love checking out what’s new in the boutique and I won’t go anywhere else now because of how amazing all the staff is!

I really wish I could give 5 stars. I started getting my nails done and the tech was absolutely great! I also did henna tinted on my brows and also received great service. I decided to set up services for my wedding and was extremely pleased with them being able to accommodate when we made a last minute date change. However, when it came to my bridal hair I was a bit upset. My first trial took almost 3 hours, and I left without a complete look done. I was brought in for a second trial, which I was happy to have received. The stylest who was supposed to be doing my hair had a completely different stylest come in and complete the look. This left me pretty uneasy to see how the wedding day was going to go. The wedding day came. My nails came out great. My makeup flawless! Then I got into the seat to get my hair done. The sylest honestly didn't know what she was doing. Thank goodness she yet again brought in a different sylest to finish my look and she had it done within 20 minutes, and it turned out great. For a 5 star google rated Aveda salon, I would expect them to have a bridal sylest who is more experienced. It was honestly a little disappointing.

Interesting how all the reviews below 4 stars got deleted. I'm reposting mine. I've been coming here every week for 6 months. I've had haircuts, color, nails, blow outs, makeup tutorial & purchased items from the boutique. Maureen, receptionist, has been the only one who has been friendly. While I usually like the job my stylist did her moods were difficult to deal with. The final "straw" was when I went in Friday for an appt & was completely ignored. No one was at the front desk, the stylist who saw me waiting said nothing, 1 of them being an owner. After a few minutes I left. Not once in 6 months has an owner introduced themselves or even a simple thank you. Some weeks I was there twice. Everyone who provided services was tipped 30-40%. I will go somewhere that appreciates their clients.

This salon is everything! Krista is the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with. Her hands are magic! Also, the best haircut I have ever received! I’ve never received as many compliments on my hair before working with Kathryn. I always feel at home walking into this salon. Kathryn and Vicky have created a beautiful space where you feel like you can take on the world after your appointment. Highly recommend to all.
