Happy Nails

I used to love going to this nail salon. I used to go all the time. But the change in ownership is so obvious. My first impression when I walked in after not going to this salon for an almost a year. Was that it’s dirty. Bathroom is filthy. Dust all over the salon. Decorations and chairs not wiped down. I don’t expect someone to dust every day. But it just looks like a majority of the salon hasn’t seen a cleaning rag in almost a year. Yeah they wipe down their nails station counter but that’s about it. They only mop the front of the salon. Bathroom doesn’t look like it was mopped in almost a year. I also noticed how empty the salon was for a Saturday. I remember how hard it was to get an appointment here and it was always so busy. Disappointed in my gel pedicure. The massage, hot towel, foot scrub was great. But the application of the gel polish wasn’t too good. The nail tech kept on hitting my toes with the gel lamp therefore smudging my polish. I said something when it was all done. I pointed it out and all they did was apply a top coat. Which I now realize wasn’t even applied until I complained about my pedicure being smudged. I paid $58 for the sugar scrub gel pedicure. I have paid less for similar services and had a better experience and quality of polish. I hope this gel pedicure lasts at least two weeks. Overall this place has gone downhill and they raised their prices. I wouldn’t be mad about them raising their prices if the service was good and establishment was well kept. My low review is because of the smudged polish and dirty atmosphere.

Tried to over charge me by $5 per nail for a design and only one hand looks good the other messy and I left with smudged toe from Ken stepping on my foot and he didn’t even try to fix it , and you need to update your prices so it’s not false advertisement online it says $5 ONLY for design and they wanted $45 for my nails, I’ve never been charged $45 for a design on my nails ANYWHERE (even in New York) I won’t be back and I warn anyone else who younger to beware of them trying to scam you

I LOVE happy nails! I've been going for awhile now and i've never had issues with my nails. They always pay attention to details and do exactly what I ask for. The pictures always match. I highly recommend!

Katie was great! I absolutely love my nails ❤️ I’m coming back tomorrow for my pedicure. Edit: Added a 3d flower to my nails and got my toes done. Great experience! Definitely recommend.

First time coming and the experience was pretty streamlined. I’ve been to many salons in Vietnam & USA alike and I don’t think I’ve ever been done so quick? Not a bad thing either ! My nails are tough and look super cute! $55 for a full set with chrome on 2 fingers. Counting down to my next appt hehe. (( for the lurkers, short nails cause healthcare. Also why the skin looks wack. ))
