Very disappointing experience. I found this salon near me through a Google search and was impressed by the reasonable prices listed online for a haircut so I called to schedule an appt and specifically confirm price of a cut and style and they confirmed what’s on their website- great. Go to appt, haircut and style goes good (despite the stylist first mixing my service up with another client..) but again, accidents happen, that’s fine. Upon checkout, the receptionist tells me the price and it’s double what I was quoted over the phone and what’s listed on their website. When I ask for the breakdown, she doesn’t even know and has to go back to the stylist to ask. Explains that this stylist is one of the best and so her rate is different ($5 more ..) I’m like so why is it double? This goes on back and forth and the lady can’t even explain the salon’s prices and why there is such a distinct difference on their website, and with who quoted me. She also changes her reasoning for the price multiple times saying because I got a shampoo it was two different services and then when I asked why they would they cut my hair without washing it first she had no explanation. She then rudely said she doesn’t edit the website and I can speak to the manager the following week. I told her that’s ridiculous and I will not be back but she can pass the message along herself. Needless to say I went in excited to find a salon with reasonable prices ($25) and ended up paying double ($60).

Very disappointing experience. I scheduled a haircut during my work lunch break. 10 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time I was told that my stylist was "running behind" - although the salon was empty. Why not tell me before I arrive or as I walk in the door? The front desk staff was dismissive of this question and seemed to have no concern for my time.

I can’t recommend Gemini Salon enough! The vibe and atmosphere are fantastic. Kat is incredible—she listens attentively and truly understands your needs. She knows the right products to care for your hair and offers insightful tips for keeping it healthy. Beyond her talent as an artist, she is kind and welcoming. After two visits, I've left loving my hair both times and also loving the Aveda products I got! Thank you, Kat, and the entire Gemini Salon staff for such a wonderful experience!

Went there for my Birthday. Looks nice until you get in the back. Loud and gossipy. Employees look crabby. Very unprofessional. Definitely not a relaxing experience. However, the massage was wonderful as was the facial. So props to them. Made another appointment for a facial, get text reminders. Apparently you can confirm but not cancel. I replied with cancel. I did speak with someone the day prior to the appointment to verbally cancel. When I told her I have tried to cancel through the reminder as well as the link, her reply “ you and I both know you can’t do that”. Actually, no I did not. Regardless, the card on file was charged for 50% of services, as you have to cancel 24 hours in advance. So, definitely will not be back.

Been going here for over a year. It's a decent salon. The lobby is inviting but not large. A fair amount of foot traffic in and out can make the spa experience a bit pedestrian. Prices range from expected to expensive, depending on services.
