2025-12-15I got a full set of acrylic nails here , few days later I noticed my nail lose and felt different from the rest so I took it off , my whole nail green. So I cut off all the green and left with like no nail, went back in around 15 days later because im not from the area and she wouldn’t give me a refund 1 day past her policy that was not told or explained during appt. Absolutely ridiculous im left with no nail she even said i did it to myself! Why would i ruin my nail so now i can’t get my nails done till it grows back which will be months. Owener was rude n unreasonable. Will not be back

2025-09-07I feel like my appointment was super rushed. Massage chair sucked. Barely got the dead skin off my feet. And the girl probably said one word to me. Do not recommend, there are far better places in West Bend!

2022-02-18They did an amazing job! I wanted specific designs done and they were able to get it really close to the picture i showed them! Very friendly too! I attatched pictures with different lighting. The blue is the most recent one done by the young man (i didnt get his name :/) but he did an AMAZING job and took his time but yet was still fast. The pink and green was done by Susie and i also felt she did an amazing job! I had great conversation with Susie and could relate a lot to her as a mom.

2025-12-01Rushed service and poor quality products. Design was cute but nail person rushed and a week later my nail popped off. Not happy that I spent 60 bucks for poor quality nails..
