Cassia Nail Spa

It was my 1st time coming to Cassia and I’ve heard nothing but positive things about the shop so I decided to see for myself. I was greeted right away (politely too). I didn’t get the young lady name who checked me in but she was very nice. I explained what I wanted (overlay but needed a fill and nail repair) and I got just that!!! The color selection(😮‍💨😆) it was SO MANY BEAUTIFUL colors and types to choose from and even THAT was organized (in book like form) instead of nails on a plastic bracket and broken etc. I was serviced by Steven!!!! He understood the assignment lol. I will definitely be back!!! Below I posted what I what I got (orange) VS what I wanted and I was definitely satisfied. I changed the green to a pumpkin orange to change my normal up a little bit.

Doesn’t get any better than new fall colors and the best nail tech, Steven!! Love this salon, rustic comfort, clean, comfortable, and always have the best color selections. The pedicure room in back is over the top, more spa than anything else. Quiet room for relaxing and hot candle wax massages, yes please! You won’t go wrong, I tell everyone to come here.

Peter ALWAYS nails my sets! He’s amazing at helping you pick colors and is always willing to try crazy designs. Will forever come here for him and recommend everyone to come get their nails done here💗

My appointment was for 2:30 but someone forgot to actually put it in the system. So I waited 35 minutes for Peter. I seen him 2 weeks ago and he did a beautiful job. I reminded him that I do not like my nails thick or wide, he said don't worry. Then as he's removing the color and filing down, I told him that there is bubbles near my cuticle where it's thicker and gets thinner towards the tip. He told me don't worry I'll fix it. Two or three more times I told him they were too thick. Then after he put new acrylic on, they were even thicker. I told him I wanted them a little shorter but he cut them down real short. He didn't do a little and asked me is that good he just went super short I did not go that short 2 werks ago.I told him four or five times they were too thick and he kept telling me, you worry too much, don't worry. At the end, he doesn't even go to my cuticle so it looks like they're a week old, they're very thick by the cuticle, like a bubble, and then get flat on the tips, they look terrible. But I was told don't worry through the whole process. So I spent $55 to now go to another shop tomorrow and have them completely removed and start over. They're too short to just have them fixed. Because they're so short they look like they're going upwards towards the tip of the nails. I think he was in a hurry because he had someone else coming and they screwed up my appointment. But that is no excuse to rush and completely do the opposite of what he knows I want, I reminded him 5 times. I drove 35 minutes to get here. So between the $55 I paid for these terrible nails and the gas I spent, that's a lot of money I just threw away. I thought I found a nail tech that I could stick with. It's very obvious he was in a rush and didn't care that he ignored what I told him over and over and what he knew I wanted. He also cut up my cuticles with the electric file. You can see that in the pictures too along with not going to the cuticle and making them thick, short, and wide. They're not even the same length on both hands normally, he puts the finger side by side to make sure they're the same length but he didn't even do that because he was in a rush

Most Relaxing Pedicure! I came in today for a pedicure. 39 weeks pregnant and honestly just looking for a good foot massage to work this baby out. 😂 That was communicated to my nail tech and he did an INCREDIBLE job. The atmosphere was quiet and dark. The massage chairs are comfy. The water temp was perfect. I got the best hot stone massage, paraffin wax pedicure. I could have fallen asleep and my feet are soft and beautiful now! Great way to spend the night. Thanks Cassia!
